Registration guidelines

Registration for VETOMAC XIV is opened.

Kindly go to Registration form and fill in the necessary information.

During the registration you will be able to:

• register

• select the type of the registration fee that applies to you

• get the necessary data for Bank Transfer

• request for an invitation letter

• upload a student certificate if applicable

• request for the additional Conference Banquet tickets

• request accompanying person fee

• specify any dietary requirements if applicable

• indicate the submission number (for presenters)

• indicate your preference for oral presentation or poster (for presenters).

1) - covers:

• the conference bag with Book of Abstracts and Proceedings of the VETOMAC XIV in an electronic form (Pen-drive)

• attendance of all scientific sessions and exhibitions

• lunches at the University Campus

• conference banquet

• coffee breaks

Two coffee breaks (during the morning and in the afternoon) will be offered during full conference days. The coffee breaks will take place in the Halls 1 and 2 of the Congress Centre. Kindly wear your Conference Badge.

2) - equal to 1) except for the conference banquet.

3) - only one additional presentation of paper will be allowed per participant.

4) - covers:

• welcome reception

• lunches at the University Campus

• conference banquet

5) - Tickets for the Conference Banquet can be requested during the registration. Additional limited number of tickets will be available at the Conference Desk.

6) - It will allow MATEC Web of Conferences publication, indexed in several databases, including Scopus. At most two papers per participant. Mini-Symposia organizers and students can have one MATEC publication free of charge.

Important notes:

The student fee may be requested only upon submission of appropriate certificate (official or unofficial translation to English should be provided).

Submission guidelines

Submissions will be possible solely through your Easy Chair user-account.

This will allow you to:

• submit an abstract

• check results of the abstract evaluation process and consult the required corrections

• submit a full-length paper

• check results of the paper review process and consult the required corrections

• resubmit corrected versions of your abstract and/or full-length paper.

 

Abstract submissions

Abstract submissions are closed.

Kindly log-in into your Easy Chair user-account.

During the submission process you will be asked for:

• Details for each author: first name, last name, email, country, organization;

• You will have to specify which author is the corresponding one and which will be the presenter (speaker);

• Abstract title;

• Abstract body (limited to 2200 characters with spaces, free of figures, symbols, formulas and special characters);

• Keywords: (at least 3, at most 6);

• Allocation to Mini‐Symposium or General Topic.

If you wish to use references, you can include them in the Abstract body. Please comply with the following templates:

Paper submissions

Submission of full-length papers is highly recommended but not mandatory.

Paper template must be strictly followed. The papers should be 4 to 6 pages, coloured illustrations are allowed.

For submissions, kindly log-in into your Easy Chair user-account, select the submission and click on "Add file".

Proceedings

Authors interested in publication on MATEC Web of Conferences are subjected to additional fee complement as specified above (special conditions are defined for students and Mini-Symposia organizes).

MATEC articles will be made available during the conference and published after the conference
MATEC articles will be indexed in several databases including Scopus and will be made available under CC-BY Creative Commons license.
Only papers presented at the conference will be published on MATEC.

Special issues

Post-conference publications will be possible in special issues.

Special issues are scheduled for the official journal of the conference: Journal of Vibration Engineering & Technologies (previous journal title: Advances in Vibration Engineering). The Journal is indexed in WoS and has IF of 0.259.

In such cases the page limit will be 12 pages. The review process will obey the Journal standards. Kindly consult The Journal web for more information.

Extended and significantly updated MATEC papers can be subsequently eligible for publication in the Journal of Vibration Engineering & Technologies (JVET). Alternatively, submissions to other regular journals is also possible, within the generally accepted ethical scientific limits.
